A deliberate
first conversation.
How this website’s inquiry composer works, and how to begin correspondence with F&F.
The inquiry composer
The form on the Contact page runs in your browser. It prepares the details you enter as an email draft and offers a link to your email application. It does not submit the details to a form service, send a message, upload an attachment or save the brief in browser storage.
If you choose “Copy the brief”, the website asks your browser to place the prepared text on your clipboard. If you choose “Open email app”, your email application handles the draft and its sending. You can also write directly to office@ffsoulcrafters.com.
A non-sensitive introduction
Please begin with your identity, institution, a general description of the problem and the purpose of the proposed work. Confidentiality terms, authorised record access and handling arrangements can be agreed before restricted institutional information is exchanged.
Website technologies
This website does not include advertising scripts, analytics trackers or application cookies. Its fonts and visual assets are served with the site. The hosting service and your email provider may process technical information under their own arrangements.
Institutional work
A website inquiry does not itself create an engagement, a duty to undertake work or an agreed information-handling arrangement. Any commissioned work is defined through its own scope, institutional authority and correspondence terms.
Questions about correspondence
For questions about a message sent to F&F or the handling arrangements for proposed work, contact the office and identify the relevant correspondence.
